Perspective, 'the art of representing three-dimensional objects on a two-dimensional surface so as to give the right impression of their height, width, depth, and position in relation to each other.'
Perspective is used everywhere in the world, especially in art. For my research I looked at an Artist called 'M.C Escher' and their artwork, 'Relativity' which represents a world in which normal rules of gravity do not apply. He uses geometric constructions that would be impossible creating a perspective of a surreal world. At first, the perspective of the Drawing looks realistic at a glance, only at second glance is it apparent that the real perspective of the drawing is not realistic at all. As well as this, from different angles the perspective of the drawing changes with different scenarios from different perspectives, meaning no matter what way you look at this painting, you see something, meaning there is no fixed way to look at 'Relativity'.
